This past weekend we went to the Jack-O-Lantern Sp

This past weekend we went to the Jack-O-Lantern Spectacular at Roger Williams Park Zoo.
.
It’s usually a walk through event at the zoo, but this year (because of COVID) it was a drive through experience.
.
I thought it was so cool that the zoo was doing something to keep this tradition alive but keep people safe.
.
It was Emily’s first time going to the JOL Spectacular and she loved seeing all of the pumpkins. She wished that we could go through it again and again.
.
Get tickets and go see this awesome experience before it’s gone.

Emily was off in her playroom at free time today and she was playing pretend. She was pretending that she was shopping. She came out wearing her mask and holding these bags.
.
What does it say that as Emily was pretending to shop she wore a mask? How sad is it that this is the reality of shopping these days?
.
I can’t wait until things go back to “normal”. Going out in public without a mask would be so amazing.
.
Let’s do what we need to do to get this coronavirus pandemic under control.

Happy Monday everyone! This weekend I got the chance to go enjoy some time outside with Emily. It was a perfect early Fall/Autumn day. We could still wear t-shirts without jackets and we could still enjoy the new season.

We looked at the different colored leaves. And Emily even collected some. She was so excited about it. She loves collecting leaves.
